The ability to create custom surveys with prebuilt templates was great! We were able to use their survey builder tool without needing any programming knowledge or experience at all (which I think makes them stand out). It's very easy to navigate through each page of the questionnaire as well - nothing too difficult here either. Some questions are not intuitively obvious which would be nice if they could improve upon this area. For example, you have to take some extra steps to get answers from certain sections where there aren't many options available yet it doesn't make sense why these fields don't show up by default when creating new pages within your form/survey. There might also need to add more categories so people can select other choices than "No" or "Yes". Try using behavior design products before deciding whether or not to purchase one yourself because sometimes we've had issues getting our own clients' data into their system after purchasing theirs but everything worked perfectly once implemented together. This has been helpful since we needed input for multiple projects and didn't want everyone having different systems just to keep track of client information. The project manager was very open to feedback, which I appreciated since I had no previous experience working with this software. I think it could definitely use some updates, but that's just my own opinion. I feel like the customer service also needs to improve if you're a first time user. I would highly recommend using behavior design for any future projects. We were able to create several different types of prototypes and test them with our target audience.
