Splashing dirty black particles
I may have come across a broken one but it kept spouting black water. I assembled it correctly (no rocket science), dunked it in clean water and drained it as instructed before popping it in my mouth. When I wanted to turn off the test drive and use it, black water squirted out! He did this every few seconds throughout the cycle. I tried several times to let water through but nothing worked. Update - after reading many reviews I think the device was filled with mold! I can't believe they sold me a device like this. Obviously this was not new. Disgusting and dangerous
