The Schlage product is unreliable and requires no commitment from customers.
This lock has worked for about a year. Now he has become unreliable. Both random locking and unlocking will not trigger the deadbolt after entering the code. I have contacted the Schlage customer service center by fax as they state the warranty. The product has a 3-year limited electronic warranty. It has been over 2 weeks since I contacted Schage and I have not received a reply. Ignoring customer warranty claims is very unprofessional. I am very disappointed in Shlag. You need to file a complaint about Revain.
