I received my seat belt a week ago and when I installed it I noticed that it did not match the description on Revain. The velcro in particular felt flimsy and came off fairly easily. I contacted the company and they confirmed that there was a new improved version with a larger bandwidth that should have been sent to me instead. Apparently leftover stocks that were still in some distribution centers. In any case, despite the fact that I emailed them on Saturday, they shipped me a new one for free on Wednesday. But what was even more surprising was that I also received an *extra* Velcro with a handwritten note on it. The note included instructions for attaching the new, wider strap to my first strap so I could have two. So not only did they not ask for the first one to be sent back, they let me fix that one. It's fantastic service and a very nice personal touch that made me feel like a valued customer. As for the actual product, for the day I had the new version I am very happy with it. It's easy to put on and now feels very secure thanks to the wide Velcro closure. My 10 year old son noticed that he felt like he was pressing on his tummy a bit. But I noticed that when he complained about it, he sagged a lot in the seat. After I advised him to sit up straight and normal, he said it was better that way. I also ended up moving the strap a little closer than 5 inches from the buckle and he said that helped too. He was very happy that the shoulder strap was no longer rubbing against his neck!
