I like how easy it makes scheduling appointments for my patients! It's very user friendly and has great customer service. The system doesn't seem as robust or up-to date as some of our competitors' systems, but we are working closely with them to get those issues resolved in the near future. They have been extremely responsive so far and continue to be awesome partners in helping us improve our patient experience. We've realized significant improvements since implementing this tool into our practice workflow. Patients love that they now receive reminders about upcoming visits which helps keep track of their schedules without having to call back each time. I love how easy it makes it for patients to get access to their records. It's so convenient! Nothing really, but just be aware that sometimes you do have to wait a bit when trying to log into your account! Be patient. I like where this service is going in terms of connecting patients with their medical records and with healthcare professionals. We are able to provide our patients with one-stop access to their entire record.
