Packed: Briggs and Stratton Filter-Fuel Part #394358S, Upc 024847238778 "Made in USA" Packed: 1 Fuel Filter Opaque Plastic Overall Length 1 - 11/16", diameter 1-5/16". Tube outer diameter 1/4", inner 9/64". Teeth 5/16" diameter. The filter uses wire mesh, so has no flow direction, i.e. it doesn't matter which end the fuel line enters or exits. It's made of opaque plastic, so you can see the fuel inside, but not clearly enough to tell when the filter is dirty. Notches are too big for 3/16" fuel line, even fitting 1/4" was a problem.
