I changed all the door handles in my house to a different color and had to replace all the hinges to match and freshen them up. Many of them had paint or discoloration. They proved to be a perfect fit and an easy replacement. I used an electric screwdriver to speed things up with more screws per door (x 19 doors). A little tedious, but not bad if you take several at once. One of the big benefits is that the new hinges have helped several troubled doors fit and work better. I was surprised that the hinge wear was causing problems (25 year old house). So that was an unexpected benefit. They come with lots of good standard length screws as well as some fairly long screws to help where the holes have been trimmed. Together they are quite heavy and come in separate plastic sleeves and then in a cardboard box which was packed in a large Revain box with other items I ordered and no packing material for filler. Upon delivery, they broke out of their inner box and splintered somewhat, but did no real damage. It would be advisable to order them separately from other items so that they are packaged separately.
