It's a lie that food doesn't stick
It's not true that food doesn't stick to these foods. I followed the directions exactly and just cooked the beef with broccoli and it was sticking to the pan all over. They're no better than Teflon, but grossly overpriced. Mine are brand new, hardly used and already stuck. I cannot recommend them, they are not worth the money.
