Great Protein for Sports Nutrition
I usually use whey protein powder and was curious to try this casein protein and so damn glad I did. The macros on it are amazing, the taste is great - I like it because it's not overly sweet but the perfect balance of chocolate. It blends well and as a bonus it keeps me full. I train early in the morning and like to have a protein shake after I get home from a workout and this protein has been great - it helps me get protein and then keeps me full until I'm ready to eat later!
