He is very well built. Has a little wobble when it rotates but I mean maybe 1/20th of a division on the dial. This is very small and not a problem. The grub screw that keeps the buttons clean engages the very first button with almost no effort. The internal threads on the device are fine - they are made of slightly hardened steel. The screw itself is metal and immediately lost its thread. I ended up drilling and retapping the internal threads to 6-32 and using the screw from the outlet cap. Now it holds up much better and is much less likely to tear. The divisions on the dial mean nothing as there are multiple probes of different lengths and shapes. It works well for zeroing and centering, which is why I bought it. - 1 star for useless subdivisions on the dial. - 1 star for a cheap cast iron set screw that took me half an hour to rattle again and find the tiny screw. to the. I still saved money over a $300-$700 US made device and will do what I need it for.
