Regarding this tire, I have nothing but complimentary things to say. For my part, I think it has a very good grip; I haven't tested it on ice, but I've found that it performs quite admirably when driven on the road. Because of its excellent grip, it is able to maneuver on a snowy track just as easily as on a dry pavement in the summer. Because the rubber is so pliable, the divots are so insignificant, and the bumps are so easily absorbed by the surface, I did not notice any hydroplaning. I am assured when I apply the brakes, and I am just as good when I accelerate. After the spikes, I had a general feeling that I was going to be let down, but the rubber shocked me by maintaining the same level of confidence while being noticeably quieter and softer. I am extremely happy with the purchase, as well as the bonus that Goodyear provided in the shape of a free tire installation. Although it may not seem like much, it is a lovely touch.
