Review on ๐Ÿ”ง Ultimate Versatility: Park Tool I-Beam Multi/Mini Tools Transform Your Repair Kit! by Nathan Kumar

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great for an emergency while it lasts.

It has everything you need in an emergency except a circuit breaker, pump or chamber. This saved me several times from the long journey home, but only for a year. It is important to note that the 8mm hex key is actually attached to the 6mm hex key and in order to use the 6mm hex key you must pull out the 8mm key. (It can be put back on. Don't worry.) The tool is well built and unlikely to fall apart on you, and weighs next to nothing compared to most other multi-tools. It's just a flathead screwdriver, not a Phillips screwdriver. It wasn't a problem for me. It also has a T25 tool for installing or removing 6-bolt disc brakes. However, I will not lie, it is useless. Due to the short length of the tool, you will never have enough leverage to remove the brake disc and you will never be able to install it properly. In a pinch, if you're lucky, it might work. One downside: I bought it in late 2013 and it rusted under normal (California) conditions in late 2014. He was not left in damp or mud. I think they are probably lying when they say it's stainless steel. This didn't affect the use of the tool, but now it's a minor eyesore. Either way, you can't ask for the durability of a $15 multi-tool, even out of the park. I'm still awaiting a response from Park as to whether this is covered under warranty. If not, it only gives me one reason to buy the latest model (with CO2 blower and circuit breaker. No interior though)
