No Phillips Bit: Cycling

Has all the usual bits except the Phillips bit. Didn't notice that when ordering. Deducted 2 stars for that alone. average weight. Nice and thin, doesn't take up much space. The price is a little high for what it is, but it's a park so it's good value for money.

  • Ideal for a small home

Falls apart after a short period of use

I would NOT recommend this tool. Despite being light, compact and beautiful, it fell apart after just a few uses. The bolt that holds the hex wrenches to the tool fell off while working on the bike and I couldn't find it. Due to the design, trying to get a good grip on the tool to pry and unscrew the hard bolts will result in other wrenches on the tool digging into your palm.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Does not fit everyone

The perfect companion for a quick camera repair!

One of the most frustrating problems I usually have is setting up my tripod and finding that one of my legs won't lock and needs to be tightened with screws. This solves the problem and ensures I can tighten all the screws on my tripods/stabilizers. One note: I wish it had a 10mm socket instead of an 8mm socket, but otherwise no complaints.

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • Slightly dented

A solid instrument is good for sport

A very solid, well assembled instrument. If that's all the screws you have, great. There is no Phillips screwdriver on this tool, which would be a good idea if switch adjustment is required. I was stupid and inattentively looked at the list of tools. Hopefully you don't have to fiddle with the switch, but it can't hurt. I think I will buy the Avenir 11 Woodsie tool as it includes Phillips and makes the chain tool much easier to carry. This is a great and lightweight tool. Very well suited for…

Great tool for what it is

As usual this is a Park Tool which means it is of good quality. However, the choice of tools is very small. To be honest, I knew exactly what was in this multi-tool before I bought it and I don't scold that it only has specific tools, but as it turns out it just doesn't work for me. I pulled it out today to use it for the first time and the only tool I needed wasn't there. Phillips screwdriver. So I just ordered the Crank Brothers M17 and it will replace the Park Tool I-Beam. But if you just…

Super handy for sports

This was a SUPER useful little tool and will be a lot more useful when I ride my bike. I've used this to adjust my bike spikes and bike seat during a ride and have used it for various small things around the house (installing handles and random screws when I can't find the right screwdriver). It's compact, durable and fits easily in a bike bag, jersey or down tube tool box. And I thought it might be difficult to get enough torque on it to loosen a tightened screw, but it's strong enough that…

Small has everything I need

It's tiny, sturdy and has pretty much everything I need for my regular commute. I have found that 90% of larger tools are useless on the go and too small to use at home when fixing things. The IB-2 is a good compromise: It's small enough to fit in a saddlebag and has all the tools I need (including the 2.5mm wrench that many spikes use). I combine this with the Park Tool (tiny) and I have the tools. Mind you if I'm going on a big trip with family and friends or something where compactness and…

Great for an emergency while it lasts.

It has everything you need in an emergency except a circuit breaker, pump or chamber. This saved me several times from the long journey home, but only for a year. It is important to note that the 8mm hex key is actually attached to the 6mm hex key and in order to use the 6mm hex key you must pull out the 8mm key. (It can be put back on. Don't worry.) The tool is well built and unlikely to fall apart on you, and weighs next to nothing compared to most other multi-tools. It's just a flathead…
