Review on 🍳 T-fal Ingenio Preference Stainless Steel Cookware Set - Sauce Pans with Removable Handle, 4-Piece by Stacy Mendoza

A little tricky to stir without handles and lid

These are good pots and I like the idea of the compact stackability. They are certainly easier to store and get out of the closet because of how they are arranged. And they're a decent weight and cooking thickness to prevent your food from burning on the bottom. They also worked great on my induction burners. It was a bit difficult for me to mix the contents while frying. Even when cooking on the stove you can't leave the handle on, and there's also a handle for three pots. In any case, it gets harder when you use all three at the same time. There are no lids either, which I didn't realize when I asked about it. The manual says T-fal makes different types of lids to fit them, but none of them are for cooking! I've had to settle for a couple of "universal" caps that I always keep on hand. The measurements given here are incorrect. This is not a 1, 2 and 3 liter pot set. These are 1.7, 2.2 and 2.8 liters. To be honest I would prefer the former, but that's the way it is. You should be aware that while the company says it can store food in the fridge, the instructions say not to leave food in there for more than a day and not to leave anything acidic in it. I can testify from my own experience that salt and acid can easily attack stainless steel. It's not the best material for storing food, unless it's stainless steel, which is more durable. I love these pots, just not sure I will be keeping them for long as the cons might outweigh the pros over time.
