Bought to move from one apartment to another and always find uses for it. Didn't expect. It does a great job of keeping medium to large items from flying out of bed. The net has a 6x6 square in each hole, which allows the net to be placed over awkward objects like bedposts and lamps. I have a tarp that I cover when it rains and then cover it with netting. Used to cover the entire bed of a truck and also as a bed extender for short trips (holding items that extend beyond the bed). The hooks close and the only thing I wasn't sure about is that the hooks are plastic but seem strong. The ability to stretch and stretch is limited, so if you have a really big load, you can also use a strong bungee or straps.
