This product is great for the price! There are many other companies that charge a lot more just because they have a well-known brand behind them. Installation is very simple, one person can do it. The hardest part is when you install both sides because you want to leave them a little slack and then lift the tray and screw the tray onto the free sides. I simply used my long screws from the kit to push through the holes to hold the tray in place and then when everything was in place I went back with the small screws and screwed it on. To insert side and gold coins, you must exit the back door and slide them towards the rear window in a way that you don't scratch the tint on the window trying to fit the item. Much easier to slide it from the back door to the back seat. There's a gap about the length of a dollar bill between the back seat shelf, so you can still reach things from inside the Jeep that are under the counter. Luggage racks are flush with the rear seat, so the rack itself shouldn't severely obstruct the view of the rear window. Great fit as advertised, great price will definitely tell other Jeepers about this product! The only thing I see you might need is if you have some stuff on the counter you might need a light so you can see underneath but you can take one of those battery powered lights and attach it very easily so you can see can what is underneath the shelf.
