Review on 🎯 .22 Caliber 14.3 Grain Tin Hollow Point Pellets (Pack of 5) by Dale Rylander

"Old true " for BB

I haven't found a more accurate .22hp bullet in this price range yet. As with any bullet, the barrel should be brushed and thoroughly cleaned before changing to a different model. After that, the "new" bullet needs to be fired 20-30 times for its trajectory to enter the bore before it begins to achieve acceptable accuracy. These "old Crosman HP bullets" seem to adjust quicker than any cast lead bullets I've tried. It is easy to see that the narrow width of the hollow point is too small to provide significant expansion on impact when fired from most air pistols. However, the weight balance in the nose is such that these bullets are held up with a small amount of "flyer" on their way from the barrel tip to the target. NOTE: I am an airgun enthusiast and have no affiliation with Crosman or any other bullet manufacturer.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
