NOT LEFT HANDED
The purpose of this knife is to prevent sliced vegetables from sticking to the blade, but the design that allows this (a small protruding metal rod along the cutting blade) is ON ONLY ONE SIDE of the blade . Blade. So it works great if you're right-handed, but if you're left-handed like me, the whole reason for buying this particular knife doesn't work. For the price I expected more from a knife. So disappointed. $180 for a knife I can't use. Pooh.
