Although it looks like the picture, this product has one big flaw that deprives 4 stars - the location of the heel or its absence. DO NOT buy this if wearing it over shoes with a separate heel. I wear a size 10, I bought a size L and the heel of these shoes meets the arch of my shoes. There is no traction when walking on the heel of the shoe. I switched it to a firm soled boot and it works better just in the sense that it connects to the longer surface of the foot but not over the heel. Also, they are not very slippery on smooth ice - ride on uneven surfaces as these are not spiked ice spikes, just a spike. them in your shopping cart. I have real ice gear and it works great on smooth ice.
