I used the cream to numb my stomach for a large tattoo. This session was to cover up another tattoo which allowed me to compare the experience with and without this product. I can not say enough good things about Numb25! I could not feel 99% of the outline, which is no easy feat as the old tattoo was very painful. While the effect started to fade after the first 2 hours, the numbing lasted for another hour to a lesser degree only wearing off completely in the last 1.5 of a 4.5 hour session.The application process I followed was applying a thick layer to the area plus a couple of inches wider, then covering with a layer of cling film. I waited 30 min, then reapplied in the same manner and kept the cling film on until getting started an hour later (total prep was 1.5 hours).
