Not super hard to install. Had to use part of the existing hardware as the part that came with this didn't fit. It works, but is a little difficult to turn the key. No way to adjust that any differently.
- 3.94-inch screw hole spacing allows for easy replacement of existing hardware.
- The lock mechanism can be too tight and difficult to manipulate
