I liked the magnet at first. I was able to continue using the Scosche Air Vent Mount with my iPhone 12 Max Pro. Then came Memorial Day weekend. Driving at 80 degrees with the sunroof open, I turned a corner and Quarble and my iPhone fell to the ground. The metal disc on the back of the quarble was still glued to the scosche, showing that the glue hadn't worked. Another issue I had was that the weight of the phone twisted the vent from side to side when turning a corner or even a bump. My next vent mount will have a clip at the bottom to support the phone and hold it in place. I think I have an extra scosche disc somewhere and will try replacing the quarble metal mount with that.
