The product really works... for dogs with hearing. But we've gone from four barking dogs to three, and frankly they say it doesn't work on old deaf dogs. However, we've been using it for less than a week because it feels out of place. Now I understand it was our fault, but I think the tool that should be outside should withstand a 3 foot drop. It wasn't a throw. Just a drop. The cable jumped out and we couldn't fix it. In the end it was worth it. We will buy another one. But I'll pin it to the table.
