It worked fine for the first month but now it turns on very weakly for 1 test and then doesn't work. I changed the battery and still the same problem. A few days after the return period expired, it stopped working. It really helped our 2 large dogs who bark a lot to stop barking so it was great while it lasted but didn't hold up well. We brought it with us every time the dogs went in and out so it should have taken a lot longer.

Haven't tried the product before the return date! I've been waiting for the dogs to be outside in the warmer weather. Items worked as described for 1 out of 4 dogs. After 2 days the first box stopped working and I used the second box (yes I was stupid to order 2) for a week before it died. I tried changing the batteries of the first and never worked again, the second box used 3 batteries before it stopped working entirely. One of the worst $48.74 I've spent on Revain.

The product really works... for dogs with hearing. But we've gone from four barking dogs to three, and frankly they say it doesn't work on old deaf dogs. However, we've been using it for less than a week because it feels out of place. Now I understand it was our fault, but I think the tool that should be outside should withstand a 3 foot drop. The battery cover is missing and this is DOA (Dead On Priority). I installed a new battery (Revain Basics 9V) which I ordered with this UANAX bark remedy. But the device wouldn't turn on when I switched it to test. The light does not flash or glow, it makes no noise or squeaks at all.
