As advertised, the device has 34 reset services. I received it today and it says 28 reset services on the box. I asked the store staff, they helped upgrade to 34 special features for free. Customer service is very fast. My first takeaway is that this is a very well made, high resolution tablet that is well protected and built. THINKCAR Pros+ also has built-in service information! That's right! Built-in circuits that vary by make and model! Downloads are fast, easy and free! The ThinkCar has many service resets and a RELARNED button. There are also other services for the vehicle you are working on. If you have any problems, you can contact the seller for faster and more convenient solutions. I saved quite a bit of time on a tool like this. It was worth it. I've used it on 7 cars so far. It received updates every few days and some of them brought notable new features and functionality. Thinkcar's capabilities grow. The new system topology view of data buses and modules is very cool and allows direct navigation and entry into these modules. An example photo here is of an old truck. New cars would look a lot more expansive, but this feature can help make things clearer. This Thinkcar Pros+ tool allowed me to run a system test without having to wait for drive cycles and all the conditions normally required. I knew quickly that my repair had solved the problem. This item is built to last, comes in a great case with lots of cables and accessories - 2 years of free updates. WiFi and Bluetooth work great. Lots of other features not mentioned here. I love it so far.
