I came here to post this review of this product because I want to save some lives. I'm still recovering! I bought this product at a vitamin store for $23. I was so happy and started taking a scoop with water every day. A week later, I got swelling in my legs, pain in my chest, both in the heart and liver area, and I got diabetes symptoms and circulatory problems. Since I'm careful about everything I eat, I knew that this was the only change in my diet that could have caused this. So I stopped taking the product. Literally a day later, the symptoms began to subside. And two days later they were all gone. I've used a lot of these protein powders - whey or veggie. To be honest, most of them are just plain poisonous. However, there is one brand that I stick with because it's really good. I won't name names here, so it doesn't sound like I have any plans. There might be a few good ones left. Just give it a try, be careful until you find a good one. I can only tell you that I only use organic plant-based protein powder. It's amazing what these supplement companies do! Of course they are not regulated by anyone!
