Just right in an RV
This is the perfect size for an RV. The pan feels sturdy, but is still lightweight and easy to use. It's small and fits perfectly on my induction burner in the travel trailer. I'm cooking for two people with this - it holds 2 pork chops or 2 burger patties.The non-stick aspect is excellent. I've cooked eggs, pork chops, home fries and burgers in it so far - nothing sticks. Cleaning is simple and doesn't require scrubbing.The pan heats evenly and fast and so far I haven't noticed any hot or cold spots. Making home fries the other morning with sausage was a breeze because the entire pan was hot.
