My husband and I have been out of town for 4 days and I needed a food bowl big enough for my little boy. I broke up some treats and mixed them into his food to encourage him to eat as we had an issue with him not eating when we went out for the night. Unfortunately, he still hasn't eaten his meal. He just ate his hay and drank a decent amount of water. However, when we got home, he started nibbling. As soon as he found the first treat, he started eating popcorn and kept eating. I think if he knew treats were hidden in his food they would disappear like the ones I hid in his hay. This feeder definitely has enough food for at least a week for 1 guinea pig.
