A while ago I started reviewing as many products as possible to give people honest feedback on the products they are looking at and planning to spend their hard earned money and each time have I got a "useful" thumbs up I felt great so I'll keep going. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a PS5, but the new Sony Pulse headphones for PS5 aren't great. I have a Sony Platinum that I used for my PS4 and my pup found the WiFi transmitter to be a good chew toy. I decided to find a way to use the headphones I had for PS5. After a bit of research I settled on an Avantree DG80 bluetooth transmitter and it works without any issues. Just plug it into a USB port, go to Settings, Audio Devices and plug in your headphones. Now I no longer have to spend money on a new headset and am very satisfied. I have found that some other transmitters are only compatible with certain firmware and others are not. The DG80 is multi-version compatible and works with everything I've tried it on, so I fully support it.
