It was a terrible purchase, but I wasted my money.
: I took it to a service center twice. For the first time, the microphone broke down, which caused a rumble instead of noise reduction, they changed it under warranty. The second time, when removing from the ears, the hinge that secures the earpiece to the rim cracked. The warranty was denied "due to mechanical damage", although it is obvious that I did not break them myself, but simply the design could not stand it. They said you need to change the rim, it will cost 15 thousand, plus they don’t have the rim itself, so roll.

- - The microphone does not work well in noisy places – I use it at home without ANC. Enrages that you can not set the default mode, when you turn it on, it always turns on with noise reduction. - Poor voice acting, especially in 2022. You can not leave only the switching signals, and turn off the voice. – Transparency mode is very mediocre. Amplifies sounds, which makes it uncomfortable to use for a long time.
