Simple plug and play scanners - no additional software required. The instruction manual was well written and ready to use. They are made of durable plastic and fit comfortably in the user's hand. When outputting the internal barcode we scanned, we encountered an issue that resulted in check digits being placed before and after the barcode when we scanned our products. I contacted support via email and they emailed me back the next day with a solution based on the information I gave them. It didn't work because I accidentally misidentified the barcode. They asked me to send them a barcode which I did and they replied with the right solution to my problem. I ordered three scanners to test but will be returning for four more.
