The product does exactly what is advertised and the customer service is extremely outstanding.

There is nothing wrong with this product. The wireless scanner is currently used with the Active Aircraft Maintenance System, a maintenance management system or office system that can be found on the website (activeaircraft.com). As part of the customer's daily use, the device (scanner) is used to extract a large amount of data from aircraft worksheets/documents and fill them in a preferred location of the customer's choice, thereby avoiding unnecessary waste of time by re-entering important…

Good product, great service

Simple plug and play scanners - no additional software required. The instruction manual was well written and ready to use. They are made of durable plastic and fit comfortably in the user's hand. When outputting the internal barcode we scanned, we encountered an issue that resulted in check digits being placed before and after the barcode when we scanned our products.
