Will not fit my 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid

Trunk will not fit my 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid. I've seen many posts about top and bottom bars. My Honda won't convert to the up position which I think caused it to sit improperly. flaps open. The edges didn't sit flat and rose on the sides. Overall length and width didn't match either. I'm not sure if it was due to the wrong position of the flaps. I have already created a return label and requested a refund. I hope I find something suitable at Revain.
