This fine adjustment tool works like a charm, but only if you can figure out how to attach it to the appropriate turn signal base. The secret is to understand that the included button head screw actually holds this device to the base. With a threaded hole, this is only possible by unscrewing the chrome rod that is already attached to the top of the base. After that, all you have to remember is that the button head screw can be tightened through the threaded hole above it and that same threaded hole is where you now attach the chrome bar. Now if we could only get the pre-eminent American maker of precision gauges to 1.) include instructions for such items and 2.) make their boxes long enough to accommodate the modified indicator base so you don't have to constantly have to take everything apart back to to get. . . .
