It's soft and easy to cut, so I would recommend if you use.

I am making a quilt from a custom sized square and was concerned that I would not get equal sides from the centre. I bought this, centered it and trimmed it to size, and I can use it over and over again. It's soft and easy to cut, so I'd recommend if you're using a disc cutter to place a straight cutting grid on it so it doesn't cut into the template.
