The most important thing I like about this software it's ease to use, you can easily create new cases with just few clicks! Also there are many options for customization which makes using easy even more easier compared other softwares in market today!! It has so much features but if they would add some extra fields such as time taken by each user or any kind information regarding users then i think we will have better experience while solving our problems related case management!! You should try out their demo version first because sometimes people make mistake when choosing right product! Easy way manage my day job activities without having worries at night times (no need going home early).
