I use this heat lamp to warm up my chromatic harmonica so I can take it out and play it anytime I have a few minutes to practice. It saves me time because I don't have to hold the instrument for 10 or 15 minutes before it's warm enough to play. Even 10 minutes of exercise 5 or 6 times a day adds up to an hour. Or almost. This is very handy as I can always check the warmth of the harmonica and make small adjustments if needed. Maybe one day I'll get a turtle.
