In any case, this feature wasn't really needed as the cap screw and washer can easily be removed with a magnet or a vacuum cleaner

Catching the screw head to pull it out is poorly designed. Its grip is too loose for its intended function, and spring bushing expansion causes glitches in the head casting as the bolt rotates, so I had to remove the ball and bushing to avoid glitches. Anyway, this feature wasn't really necessary as the cap screw and washer could easily be removed with a magnet or a vacuum cleaner. Otherwise the tool worked great and was just the right size for the limited space available.
