You need to google the model number to get the driver online if you don't have a mini disc drive.
This product came with a mini CD and nobody in the US has a mini CD player to install the driver. There was no link in the docs to download the driver, but I googled and found it. If you google the model number you will find the driver and you will also need to download a compression tool to unzip and install the file. This can be very difficult for those who don't know what they are doing. Although for what it is, it works well.
