Great alternative and affordable way managing patients

It's easy to set up appointments for you or your staff to do follow-up. My office uses many apps that can make it more difficult so they would all need an app as well (this isn't something I really like). We also had some issues with the scheduling part but since then we've gotten them squared away! They now show me when someone has been scheduled next time my phone goes off instead of having no appointment reminders until after the fact - which was very frustrating at first! As longs as what you want will be compatible you shouldn't run into any problems once setup is complete! If one thing changed this product wouldn't even come close to being half full! There are too many benefits to list here such as faster access to patient data (especially important if there is only 1 dentist), improved communication within practice/between offices & increased productivity! And most importantly less paper waste = happier clients!! I like that it is easy to use for new users as well as experienced ones. The customer service has been great so far when we had questions or problems with the program; they were very quick to respond! It's not ideal but sometimes you can't do much about things outside of your control (like an issue at work). We are seeing some benefits from using this product - more efficiency overall which means less time spent doing manual tasks.
