This is certainly a good fit for the Onan 5000 generator exhaust, however as some people have mentioned it can feel like it is 3 feet short of the advertised 25 feet. After a few returns I found that the inside of the roll shortens when rolled up for transport as it is made from two spiraled pieces of steel bonded together. It is in order. However, if you unroll it and measure the length, it usually doesn't stretch much. When unwinding, the part that was on the outside of the roll in the package is often shortened. Once I figured that out, I was able to spread the ends apart and stretch them from about 22 feet to about 23 feet 10 inches with about 60 pounds of force. when right. However, folding and expanding it shortens it. I could probably get it to 25 feet, but didn't want to risk tearing it apart. Ideally, Revain and the manufacturer could help.
