This is a durable and effective looking penny board. I bought it because it was a good price and good reviews from my mom. My daughter started with this but eventually switched to a full size board after getting a skateboarding briefing. Now it's going to my youngest, so I'm grateful for its small size (I can put it in my backpack). The tool that comes with it is extremely useful - I've even used it on a full size skateboard. I recommend loosening the 2 large screws (one on each side for non-skateboarders like me) on the carts so the board is more responsive and easier to turn. Just make sure you loosen them by the same amount or the board won't move straight.
