VERY SHARP, be careful!
VERY SHARP out of the box. I accidentally cut my thumb pretty deep and ended up having to go to the ER and get a few stitches ha. There may or may not be feeling in the tip of the thumb and it took a few hours for the bleeding to stop. 5 Stars. Be careful, use a butcher's mitt and make sure your roommate's big bad dog is in the kennel before carving your own spoon. I can definitely recommend this carving knife.
