They work well, but it's almost impossible to tell which rear is which front. There's also a lot of small plastic protrusions on the back that were never removed, but that's not a big deal because that part isn't visible. I haven't had any issues with them coming loose or anything, but some of them are really difficult to attach, but that might just be the result of all the backs looking the same size.
