Review on 🥳 Assorted Neon Party Essentials Plastic Cups - Pack of 50 by Nikki May

Cute but fragile - not suitable for children under 7 years of age

These mugs get what you pay for. These are brightly fluorescent pink plastic "refillable" cups (I use the term lightly). I bought these for a LaLaLoopsy birthday party with 30 kids in attendance. Pink was the color of choice for most party favors (I'm sure a lot of parents can figure that out). So these pink mugs seemed perfect. And it was in many ways. Let's start with the positive things. EASE. These mugs are very light and ideal for young children who cannot carry a heavy, large or oddly shaped glass. They hold a decent amount of liquid but are light enough that kids can easily drink from them. We had children as young as 3 years old who could easily hold these glasses and drink from them at a party. CUTE: These glasses are obviously adorable. They are bright pink! They are slightly opaque. We served lemonade that made the glasses look orange (pink and yellow make orange). But the children who drank water or milk had very light pink glasses! So it was a lot of fun. WASHABLE: They can be washed. I put them in the dishwasher with no problem even though they weren't advertised as dishwasher safe. They are made of plastic, smooth and very easy to clean. They are reusable. That being said, what are the downsides (well, that's just a downside, but it was a big one at our party)? BLOCKABLE: Ugh - these goggles are NOT durable! When kids squeezed them too hard (which some kids do, especially little ones), they cracked and sometimes broke, and the drinks spilled out for all to see. For this reason, I have to say that these glasses are best suited for children over 7 years old, teenagers and adults. They are perfect for teenage parties and even hen parties! All in all these glasses are great. These are not high quality glasses that you can use for years, but they are decent. They break easily so I wouldn't recommend them for small children. But they're cute, lightweight, and functional, so I'd say they're great essentials for anyone old enough to know not to break a cup in their hands.
