Still getting error code E1 after installation - seller asked for more specific model number information which I provided 4 days ago (but they didn't receive it). Hoping to hear if there is another thermistor that is better compatible with my old He3 Duet vintage dryer when the laundry is piling up. Update: The seller responded immediately after receiving a product question from me (it turns out they never received any of my email replies) and told me to check all the connections. It turned out that the small plastic tab that connected to the circuit board was bent a little, causing the connection to move back a bit - enough to throw an E1 error code. It happened when I was disassembling the car to replace the belt. Run like a champion now! The thermistor has never been a problem. Giving this 5 star rating for the great support from Tom.
