Review on Bonsai Search by Troy Robinson

The best part of this is that we can do full text searches using our own custom queries which are not present in Solr or other available products like Lucene etc.

It works with cloud services as well so it's easy for us to use without having to worry about server setup/infrastructure management.It has been very stable until now but there could be improvement if they add more features such as multi-tenancy support, indexing format improvements, authentication mechanism integration etc. We have used Bonsai Search for internal data analytics needs.We were looking out for something where we don't need to invest heavily into infrastructure since we didn't want to spend money upfront.Bonsai Search was perfect fit for our requirement as it fits all these criteria perfectly.
