We bought this item for our upcoming vacation trip. It was delivered on 05/08/2021, but we didn't get the box until 05/16. (our first day of vacation) unpacked/opened. From the start it seemed like a great purchase, it was exactly what we were looking for and I loved the clip! However, I found it odd that it was supposed to be waterproof/dustproof but the charging port didn't have a cover? But. We charged it and the first charge worked great and we enjoyed using it! We used it for the first time on May 17th, we loved it, the sound quality was great and we were really impressed with how much 'boom' came out of this little thing! So everything is great. We were on vacation for 5 days, but only used it (on the 17th, 18th and 19th). At home it stayed packed (in the air conditioner) with all our holiday gear until I got it out on Monday. May 32nd (Remembrance Day) for our family while we were celebrating Remembrance Day and that's when I realized it was falling apart, literally falling apart) but how? It was only used for 3 days and sat on the coffee table in our villa before being transferred to a bag. I didn't even use CLIP which I thought was such a cool and great idea! So in general. I am NOT happy with this purchase, it wasn't exactly cheap and we received THREE days of this product and now it is unusable because it is so torn, the sound quality is terrible and I will not use it because I feel uncomfortable when You are using a cracked electronic device, it is not safe to charge or use it in this condition! Not sure if Revain will take it back as it was unboxed and in fact I told my husband I wanted to keep the box "just in case" but he "didn't hear me" and threw it away. We were on vacation the day after it opened! VERY unsatisfied customer here. I bought a guarantee so I guess I'll have to explore my options but wanted to make sure I got here first as it's summer and I wanted others to know.
