He's holding my phone 🤷🏾‍♀️

So he's holding my phone perfectly and keeping me in line with the GA hands-free law. But for some reason it doesn't stay connected to the cigarette lighter to charge my phone. I have to keep checking it to make sure it's inserted deep enough and making sure the red light is on. Also, I don't face a fine for holding my phone while driving 😊. Maybe touch but don't hold LOL.
