So I'm one of those people who do a lot of research before buying a product. This company is legit. I love what they represent and the products they sell. It took me a while to save up for a larger jug, still smaller than most filter jugs on the market but certainly enough for a family of two. Even so, I was only able to use my jug for about 3 weeks before the glass jug was completely smashed on me, my floor and the entire fridge. It was pretty ugly. Water and broken glass everywhere. My heart is in giving them the benefit of the doubt and saying that maybe my fridge was too cold and that has perpetuated the problem, but to be honest it wouldn't even make sense. The reality is that this is a high quality product with a rather high price tag. Broken glass out of nowhere and after only a few weeks of use is a huge disappointment.
